About the event
The aim of the workshop is to introduce the concept of psychological safety and to develop its relevance for lecturers. The focus here is on the importance of psychological safety for successful learning, the development of students' and lecturers' potential and for innovation and development. In addition, a practical part will make the content learnt tangible and relate it directly to work in the classroom, thus enabling a transfer to the reality of work and developing lecturers' skills in the field of psychological safety.
About the speaker
Nora Missmahl is a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy with psychotherapeutic training in behavioural therapy and schema therapy, among other things. She has gained a wide range of management experience through her work in various psychiatric clinics and as a senior physician and passes this on to her customers and clients in the context of "psychological safety", among other things.
