"General Regulations for Doctorates at the University of Erfurt" come into force on April, 1

The "General Regulations for Doctorates at the University of Erfurt" come into force on April 1, 2020. They provide a uniform legal framework for the individual doctoral regulations in the points regulated therein.

Essentially, they contain regulations that have been found in all doctoral regulations to date and no deviating (or restrictive) regulations have been made. Exceptions are the regulations concerning the Supervision Agreement and the prescribed model, the creation of a legal basis for the collection of data on doctoral students, and the creation of an explicit legal basis for the processing of the data required for the execution of doctoral procedures by means of a software-based collection system (Docata 2.0).
