"Camposaurus" for more sustainability on campus

In the spirit of sustainability on campus, the Student Council has organised a cargo bike for students at the University of Erfurt. The "Camposaurus" is parked at the main entrance to the campus and can carry a load of 50 kilograms in its cargo box and another 25 kilograms on the front carrier.

Students who would like to use the bike can register on the website of the "Camposaurus" provider “ella” register, block the desired time and get started. You'll find instructions right by the cargo bike parking spot.

Ella is Erfurt's first initiative for free cargo bikes. It makes it possible to borrow a cargo bike free of charge at various locations in the city centre and aims to show how car-free living in the city can work. At the same time, the project is intended to promote a more bicycle-friendly urban policy.
