Call for Papers: KLIMA-N invites contributions to IWPP workshop in Canada

The sustainability network KLIMA-N invites submissions on the topic "Governing Sustainability Transitions: Higher Education Institutions as Policy Actors in Education for Sustainable Development Implementation", which will be presented at the International Workshop on Public Policy (IWPP) in Ottawa, Canada. The workshops are organised by the International Public Policy Association (IPPA).

The aim of the workshop, organised by Hasnain Bokhari and Bettina Hollstein from the University of Erfurt, is to work out how universities, as actors in public policy, are not only places of knowledge transfer, but can also function as active political actors in the context of sustainable development.

The International Workshops on Public Policy will take place from 6 to 8 July 2026 in Ottawa (Canada). Interested parties can still submit abstracts until 20 January 2026.
