University health management expands its offer for students and employees

The effects of the corona pandemic once again pose special challenges for both students and employees of the University of Erfurt in the winter semester. Digital seminars and lectures and increased computer work, lack of exercise and social contacts at the university are increasingly leading to psychological stress.

University health management is taking up the need, which has been confirmed by surveys by the university group "Campuswelten" and the student council, among others, and has developed a range of offers to promote mental health together with its health partner AOK Plus. In a circular letter, jens Panse, the representative for university health management, has now informed the students and employees of the university accordingly.

At this point we would also like to draw your attention once again to the digital health weeks for students and employees, which will also be offered this year as part of university health management and are intended to promote prevention.
