A research project led by the Institute for the History of German Jews and the inter-university professorship for digital humanities at the University of Erfurt and the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt is investigating how artificial intelligence (AI) is used to analyse personal accounts of the Holocaust and its aftermath, and where the opportunities and risks lie.
