Course Details

The Master's program in Psychology with its focus on teaching, learning and competence development enables an in-depth study of the scientific fundamentals of psychology and its non-clinical applications.

The focus is on the transfer of in-depth knowledge and action competences in the areas of learning, teaching and competence development. It continues a relevant psychological education in the scope of a Bachelor's degree, supplements this by acquiring in-depth specialist and methodological knowledge and expands this by teaching application-oriented problem solving. The choice of a field of specialisation allows students to specialise in different fields of knowledge, research and application.

With its areas of specialisation, the Master's program refers to the research fields of the university's main focus on education - teaching, learning and media socialisation and offers the opportunity to enter into the appropriate doctoral programmes if they are suitably qualified and perform well.
