The aim of the "KoProNa" project is to support companies and educational institutions in developing and implementing concepts and strategies for sustainable vocational education and training on the basis of the general conditions in the company. In-company trainers and human resources managers are important players in this connection. The aim is to sensitize them to the issue of sustainability and to make them capable of acting and to support them in organizing and redesigning their vocational training. To this end, the practical partners (companies) are provided with a) workshops and b) advisory services. These are based on accompanying scientific research which is also part of the model project. This research is also part of the pilot project. The research will record and examine the company framework conditions - the individual initial situations and company-specific implementation strategies but also implementation obstacles - for sustainable vocational training.
